Skating a Private Mini Ramp in a Manhattan Luxury Condo

Skating a Private Mini Ramp Inside a Manhattan Luxury Condo

A few months ago, we received an unexpected email from one of our readers named Josh. He praised our YouTube content and then surprised us with an invitation to skate a private mini ramp in his luxury apartment building located in Manhattan’s prestigious Waterline Square neighborhood. Despite the extravagant location and high rents starting at $6,000 a month, Josh’s self-awareness convinced us that this wouldn’t be a typical encounter with a wealthy elitist.

A Thrilling Skateboarding Adventure at a Manhattan Condo

We happily accepted Josh’s invitation and were pleasantly surprised as he showed us around his building, showcasing its extravagant amenities in a laid-back, “let’s make the most of it before I move out” kind of way. To make the experience truly memorable, we brought along Staten Island’s own skateboarding talent, Leo Heinert, who pushed the mini ramp beyond the usual rock and rolls and axle stalls. Witness the excitement and skill as Leo takes on this private skateboarding paradise.
